Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting us! We offer standard and express shipping in Canada, and only Worldwide express shipping to the US. If you are picking up at 200-1820 Pandora Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada, please choose Local pick up in East Vancouver at check out. All consumers are responsible for shipping charges, tariff charges, and duty charges. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes so please send us your full address. If you choose the wrong option for shipping, we will contact you via email and text message once. If we do not hear from you, we will fully refund your order. 

After you place your order, we usually ship your order in 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, there may be a delay.  Once we create a shipping label, you will receive a tracking email. Please check your junk mail if you did not receive one. For International orders, Small Parcel Air will not have tracking. The estimated time of arrival is 2-3 weeks. 

In unfortunate circumstances, any rude comments can lead to negative consequences, including potential legal issues or refusal of refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
