Refund policy

Return Policy: We do not allow returns once the order has been shipped. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us directly at crystalsgems2024@hotmail.com. 

Refund Policy: If you would like to cancel your order for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours after you placed your order. Once we have generated your shipping label, we cannot refund your order. We do not offer refunds due to incorrect addresses created upon the order. If a package is returned to us, the customer is in charge of costs of generating a new shipping label. 

In general, any rude comments can lead to negative consequences, including potential legal issues or refusal of refund.
